Title: A Wonderful Family Getaway

My children wanted more organized activities for kids.

Very nice, quiet and clean rooms. Great service, pool large and clean. Only the entrance door at the pool is a bit complicated. Many guests stood in front of it and did not know how to open the door. But otherwise, the hotel was great.

Hotel was placed next to such tourist sites as Amigoland. Covered terrace and pool were such a bonus. The area was quiet. Property's parking is on-site...

Was all great.

I was truly impressed by the elegant and tasteful decoration throughout the hotel. The beautiful furnishings and art pieces created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people, with wide hallways and ramps for easy navigation.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and considerate. Though they were generally polite, there were moments when they seemed a bit inexperienced and could have been more proactive in assisting senior guests.

The quiet location of the hotel and the reception staff (especially the employee from Montreal Canada - great job!)

- Cleaning on the terrace (room 235) it was not even cleaned before our stay and during the whole time. - The hotel staff (exception at the reception) made a very unorganized impression on us. E.g. cleaning the coffee machines during breakfast time.

The quiet location of the hotel in a residential/apartment area was very pleasant. For golfers this house is ideally located directly at the golf course. Terrace for taking the meals very nice.

Tables on the terrace while dining look dirty, this is due to the material of the table tops.

The rooms at Novotel La Grande Motte Golf are simply perfect for a relaxing stay. The terraces overlooking the pool and greens give you a sense of tranquility, and the themed Suites are an absolute delight. As an old person, I couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy my time.

Personally, I found the convertible sofa in the room to be a little uncomfortable. But hey, that's just me and I understand that others might still find it perfectly fine.

La Grande Motte is not the most pictoresque location to be! ugly 70s architectural monster complex...

Clean rooms with balconies, ample parking, nearby golf courses, and a relaxing atmosphere. Dog-friendly with helpful staff.

Wev are very pleased. In general very polite and helpsom staff, nice rooms and facilities.

The staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble and the reception staff were particularly helpful in arranging a later check out for us due to our flight timings. This made our final day very relaxing and stress free. A well appointed hotel in a relaxed environment - thoorughly recommended !! Many thanks

Lovely welcome, efficient check-in, nice room with balcony, good breakfast with lots of choice, pleasant swimming pool area.

It was a very welcoming hotel and we felt comfortable from the start. Rooms were excellent, patio area very relaxing and a superb breakfast.

Charging 10 euros for parking, which they only do in July and August
